Welcome to The Datawarehouse Homepage.

The Data Warehouse is used to compile present and analyse your specific reports. The standard reports are currently comprised of analyses of some 200 indicators selected from our extensive indicator pool. On all services except for snapshot updates this information is validated, interpreted, prepared and presented to you by Performance Track employees.

The ePaper system using Adobe Forms is much more secure and versatile at this stage for the majority of our clients. Having reports generated and interpreted is a skilled job and as such this element has been our priority. Our online system is under development for clients that have a series of data and wish to make real-time online comparisons.

The system will enable secure member access to the database for analyses of selectable KPI’s. This will be available, subject to successful trials during the summer 2001. Epaper forms can also be submitted electronically via the browser. Most clients wish their own hard copy of data submitted as this forms part of the verification and history process we will release this facility with online access to the database.

Using the offline and online capability it is possible to use specific indicators to measure status of a process or to include a Key Performance Indicator in a Balanced Scorecard. The system has additional advantages over traditional databases since the KPI contains comparative data as well as your specific data, meaningful targets can be set and measured relative to your position.

Most SME’s have no need for real time information. The Snapshot updated once a quarter or once a month for intensive projects is normally enough to suffice. For businesses that change less quickly but have big initiatives in place that take longer to register (like ERP or systems implementation) once every 6 months would suffice, or at critical miles stones, like before middle and after.
