Performance Track may from time to time wish to disclose certain company information by way of league tables about its customers. Before any such league table is compiled express permission will be granted by Customer. In the event a company is not and cannot be identified by any party beside Performance Track, Performance Track  reserves the right to produce aggregate statistics which are used to demonstrate a customers relative position to a chosen sample set. This is necessary to produce the "Snapshot" of a customers relative position. The sample set is formulated from all customers in a database or selection of databases. All data supplied is treated in the strictest of confidence, and on no accounts will Performance Track make this or any information which discloses the identity of a customer public.

Performancetrack.net may from time to time to extend its services offered to customers. In this event it is with every likelihood Co-Branded sites Products and or Services will be rolled out. These Co-Branded "Powered By Performance Track" Sites, Services or Products, will be covered under the same terms as described in this Privacy Statement.

In the event that no "Powered By Performance Track" badge logo or statement exists this Privacy Statement is not enforced. Performance Track undertakes to ensure only official co-branded sites products or services that fall under its direct control and thus this privacy statement are privy to any data Performance Track holds on a company that can identify that company.

Each customer acknowledges that in providing us with data via a survey it is making that information anonymously available to provide comparison sample sets. Further, this information can be provided anonymously to third party databases to provide additional comparative sample data. Performance Track undertakes that this information is provided only strictly as necessary in order to obtain necessary comparative data for and on behalf of customer, the third party database having no record or identity of customer.

In each event where data is provided to a third party database this is indicated clearly on the "snapshot".

Our Systems are hosted and backed up in secure environment that is fully protected from unsecured access. Full details can be provided on request. A PDF document detailing our security  and data hosting environment is currently being prepared. This will be available during September 2000.

Supplementation Information

This site supplements the information that you provide with information that is received from third parties. In preparation of a "Business Snapshot" or any other product, or service it may from time to time be necessary to supplement customer information and or collaborate with a third party individual or organization. In this undertaking Performance Track assures that all information is secured and protected under the same terms of this Policy by way of the Powered By Performance Track logo unless otherwise stated . All parties will be bound to this policy unless otherwise stated. The information we provide or bundle to form an end product or service to customer will be disclosed to customer and no other party except those providing said product or service. 

Choice/Opt-Out

Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners at the point where we request information about the visitor.

This site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service.
