Performance Track SNAPSHOT

Like a photograph, the Snapshot is a unique and comprehensive record of your business cast at a moment in time. Using Business Metrics, Performance Track automatically forms the snapshot every time you submit a series of questionnaires. Different questionnaires necessarily form other broader or deeper perspectives to enable the diverse set of Performance Track products and services that exclusively utilise the Snapshot.

Each Snapshot is stored in our database and time stamped to produce a change history of both your company and your companies position relative to it’s peers at that instant.

Snapshots bring your system to life. The more questionnaires you utilise and the frequency at which you submit questionnaires to Performance Track, the more detail of change or progress you track of your business.

Every Snapshot must by design comprise the data gathered from the management perspective, since at the highest level all general business outcomes are recorded. All other perspectives use this as a foundation and as such feed through cause and effects to the main management perspective.

To create even greater value to our clients, Performance Track has included a provision for third party verification. An Accountant other Professional Advisor or Performance Track can independently verify* the information provided in the questionnaires, thus validating the information recorded in the snapshot.

The subsequent reports, as they are proven independent of you the client, can then be applied to any number of additional uses like presentation to shareholders, partners, suppliers and customers as proof of standing.

Integration, transparency and time saving is key. All ABM products and services make use of the Snapshot. One Snapshot can be used to power any product and service. Since the Snapshot is produced through questionnaires it is independent of any other system you may have. You in effect build your own data warehouse and knowledge management system, a source for your knowledge and power to evolve and improve.

The Process for producing the Snapshot is fast and simple. You need only fill in a simple questionnaire(s). This can be completed within a few hours. We will process it, and feed it back to you in one or more of our products / services.

The snapshot in raw form is not useful to customers, but is used by Performance Track for all products and services that form part of Applied Business Metrics. The simplest complete product available is the Company Health Check that provides a complete end-to-end overview of your companies performance relative to peers. A second Snapshot is needed to produce the delta reports.
